6 Day Uganda Gorilla Golden Monkey Trekking And Wildlife Safari

You will be picked up from Entebbe international airport or Hotel and drive to Mgahinga National Park located in Southwestern Uganda, this journey takes you about 8-9 hours. You will have a stop at the equator for equator experiemnts and have lunch en route in Mbarara after lunch you will proceed to the countryside scenery with some of the most beautiful landscapes ranging from plantations, hills. You will arrive in the evening for check in at the lodge for relaxation followed by dinner and overnight

After your early morning breakfast, your guide will drive you to the Park Headquarters for briefing and joining others for briefing before heading into the forest for your golden monkey trek. This trek can last for between 30 minutes to three quarters of the day depending on the location of golden monkeys on that particular day. Once you find them, you will be allowed to spend one hour with them while observing their behaviour, taking photographs before you return to the Park Headquarters for your certificate that confirms that you have tracked gorillas in Uganda. You will drive to Bwindi impenetrable National park for overnight

After your early morning breakfast, your guide will drive you to the Park Headquarters for briefing and joining others for briefing before heading into the forest for your gorilla trek. This trek can last for between 30 minutes to three quarters of the day depending on the location of mountain gorilla family on that particular day. Once you find the gorillas, you will be allowed to spend one hour with them while observing their behaviour, taking photographs before you return to the Park Headquarters for your certificate that confirms that you have tracked gorillas in Uganda. You will drive to the lodge for relaxation and overnight

After breakfast, you will depart for Queen Elizabeth National Park located in Western Uganda arriving in time for Lunch. After, lunch, you will have a moment of relaxation and later depart for an evening game drive in the Savannah plains of Kasenyi. At the Kasenyi plains, you will spot large herds of buffaloes, elephants, antelopes and some big cuts such as lions and leopards can be spotted based on sheer luck. You will later return to your lodge for overnight.

This morning you will head back to the Plains of Kasenyi for yet another a morning Game drive for chances of seeing more wildlife. Lunch will be served at the lodge. After lunch, will head to the jetty along Kazinga channel for the afternoon boat cruise. This cruise offers you chances of viewing animals such as hippos, elephants, buffaloes, crocodiles and many species of water birds. You will later return to the lodge for relaxation followed by dinner and overnight

After morning breakfast, you will drive back to Kampala/Entebbe International Airport for drop off to end the tour
